摘要
南水北调北京段调压设施中采用DN12 m直径钢筒内衬混凝土结构,钢板与塔体混凝土相结合。文中通过对施工中的技术特点进行梳理分析,研究采用钢板作施工平台用于大体积底板混凝土施工技术、钢筒内衬钢板分节顶升安装方法及木工字梁悬臂模板爬模混凝土浇筑等技术措施,有效解决了工程应用中的难题,保证了工程的顺利完成,同时总结出实施中应注意的问题。
In the pressure regulating facilities of Beijing section of South-to-North Water Diversion project,DN12m diameter steel cylinder are lined with concrete structure,and steel plates are combined with tower concrete.In this paper,through carding analysis was carried out on the construction of the technical characteristics,research using the steel plate construction platform used in large volume concrete construction technology,steel cylinder liner plate section jack-up installation method and woodworking beam cantilever template climbing form concrete pouring and other technical measures,effectively solved the difficult problems in engineering application,to ensure the smooth completion of the project,At the same time summed up the implementation should pay attention to the problem.
