摘要
目的通过分析肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中半乳糖凝集素-3(Gal-3)和白细胞介素-33(IL-33)的表达水平,探讨其在儿童MPP发病过程中的作用。方法采用ELISA法测定和比较MPP重症组(28例)和轻症组(44例)患儿BALF中Gal-3及IL-33的水平变化,同时对急性期和恢复期MPP患儿BALF中Gal-3、IL-33水平进行测定和比较。结果轻症和重症MPP患儿BALF中Gal-3(15.39±7.61 pg/ml,23.43±6.45 pg/ml)、IL-33(11.75±6.09 pg/ml,25.07±8.42 pg/ml)水平与对照组(3.27±1.48 pg/ml;6.19±2.19 pg/ml)比较均显著升高(F=71.19,P<0.01;F=68.59,P<0.01)。重症组BALF中Gal-3和IL-33水平与轻症组比较显著升高(t=4.61,P<0.01;t=7.25,P<0.01)。与对照组比较,急性期和恢复期MPP患儿BALF中Gal-3(18.51±8.18 pg/ml,8.81±4.29 pg/ml)、IL-33(16.93±9.6 pg/ml,11.14±4.39 pg/ml)水平均显著升高(F=56.46,P<0.01;F=19.52,P<0.01),而恢复期BALF中Gal-3和IL-33水平较急性期显著降低(t=7.29,P<0.01;t=3.95,P<0.01)。Gal-3与IL-33水平之间呈现正相关(r=0.459,P<0.05)。结论MPP患儿BALF中存在Gal-3和IL-33的高表达,两者之间呈正相关,且与疾病的严重程度密切相关,恢复期Gal-3和IL-33的表达下降。
Objective To investigate the expression levels of Gal-3 and IL-33 in BALF of children with MPP and explore their roles in MPP.Methods The levels of Gal-3 and IL-33 in BALF of severe MPP group(28 cases)and mild MPP group(44 cases)were measured by ELISA,and the levels of Gal-3 and IL-33 in BALF of acute MPP group and convalescent MPP group were measured and compared.Results The levels of Gal-3 and IL-33 in BALF of mild and severe MPP(15.39±7.61 pg/ml,23.43±6.45 pg/ml;11.75±6.09 pg/ml,25.07±8.42 pg/ml)were significantly higher than those of control group(3.27±1.48 pg/ml;6.19±2.19 pg/ml)(F=71.19,P<0.01;F=68.59,P<0.01),while the levels of Gal-3 and IL-33 in BALF of severe MPP children were significantly higher than those of mild MPP children(t=4.61,P<0.01;t=7.25,P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the levels of Gal-3 and IL-33 in BALF of acute and convalescent MPP(18.51±8.18 pg/ml,8.81±4.29 pg/ml;16.93±9.6 pg/ml,11.14±4.39 pg/ml)were significantly increased(F=56.46,P<0.01;F=19.52,P<0.01),while the levels of Gal-3 and IL-33 in BALF of convalescent MPP were significantly decreased(t=7.29,P<0.01;t=3.95,P<0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between Gal-3 and IL-33 levels(r=0.459,P<0.05).Conclusion There is high expression of Gal-3 and IL-33 in BALF of MPP children,which is related to the severity of the disease.There was a positive correlation between Gal-3 and IL-33 levels.The expression of Gal-3 and IL-33 is decreased in convalescence.
