肺癌组织中ADAMTSL3的表达及临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of ADAMTSL3 in lung cancer tissues

目的 探讨ADAMTSL3在肺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用实时荧光定量PCR检测45例肺癌患者癌组织及癌旁组织中ADAMTSL3表达,分析其表达水平与肺癌临床病理特征关系,绘制ROC曲线评价ADAMTSL3对肺癌的诊断价值,分析其与肺癌患者预后的关系。结果 肺癌组织中ADAMTSL3 mRNA相对表达量低于癌旁组织(P<0.01)。45例中,ADAMTSL3 mRNA低表达组23例(表达量≤0.616),高表达组22例(表达量>0.616)。与高表达组比较,低表达组的Ⅲ+Ⅳ期患者较多(65.2%vs.27.3%)(P<0.05),5年生存率较低(47.8%vs.58.2%)(P<0.01)。取1.017为最佳截断值时,其AUC为0.789,诊断灵敏度为80.0%,特异度为66.7%。结论 ADAMTSL3在肺癌组织中表达降低,可作为评估肺癌患者预后的重要指标。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of ADAMTSL3 in lung cancer tissues.Methods Real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression of ADAMTSL3 in 45 lung cancer and tumor-adjacent tissues.The relationship between the ADAMTSL3 expression and clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.ROC curve was drawn to evaluate the diagnostic value of ADAMTSL3 in lung cancer and analyze the relationship between ADAMTSL3 and the prognosis of lung cancer patients.Results The expression of ADAMTSL3 mRNA in lung cancer tissues was lower than that in tumor-adjacent tissues(P<0.01).The 45 lung cancer patients were divided into two groups of A(ADAMTSL3 mRNA expression ≤ 0.616,23 cases) and B(ADAMTSL3 mRNA expression > 0.616,22 case).Compared to group B,group A had higher percentage of the patients with TNM Ⅲ+Ⅳ stage(65.2% vs.27.3%)(P<0.05) and lower 5-year survival rate(47.8% vs.58.2%)(P<0.01).Taking 1.017 as the best cut-off value, the AUC was 0.789,the sensitivity and specificity for ADAMTSL3 expression to diagnose and predict the prognosis of lung cancer were 80.0% and 66.7%,respectively.Conclusion The expression of ADAMTSL3 is decreased in lung cancer tissues, which can be used as an important indicator to evaluate the prognosis of the patients with lung cancer.
