加味大黄牡丹汤外敷治疗下肢丹毒的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of modified rhubarb and peony decoction in treatment of lower limb erysipelas

目的 观察加味大黄牡丹汤外敷治疗下肢丹毒的临床疗效。方法 60例下肢丹毒患者随机分为治疗组(34例)和对照组(26例),两组患者均采用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾针剂及片剂序贯治疗,在此基础上治疗组采用加味大黄牡丹汤外敷,对照组采用生理盐水外敷,每天2次,治疗7 d。比较治疗前后两组患者血WBC计数、CRP、肝肾功能和患侧胫前动脉(ATA)内径改变,采用数字评价量表(NRS)评分评估两组患者患处皮肤发红和肢体肿胀情况,分析疗效。结果 治疗后,治疗组WBC计数和CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05),皮肤发红、肢体肿胀NRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为88.24%,高于对照组的38.46%(P<0.05)。结论 加味大黄牡丹汤外敷用于治疗下肢丹毒确有疗效,可有效改善患者主要症状,加快康复。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified rhubarb and peony decoction in the treatment of lower limb erysipelas.Methods Sixty patients with lower limb erysipelas were divided into two groups of A(34 cases) and B(26 cases),who were treated with sequential therapy of amoxicillin clavulanate potassium injection and tablet sequential.Group A was given additionally modified rhubarb and peony decoction for external application twice a day for 7 days.The blood WBC,CRP,liver and kidney function and ATA diameter were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The redness of skin and swelling of the limbs were assessed by numerical rating scale(NRS).The clinical efficacy was analyzed.Results The levels of WBC and CRP and NRS scores of redness of skin and swelling of limbs were lower in group A than those in group B(P<0.05).The total effectiveness rate in group A was higher than that in group B(88.24% vs.38.46%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The external application of modified rhubarb and peony decoction in the treatment of lower limb erysipelas is effective in improving the main symptoms and accelerating the recovery of inflammation.
