临床药师参与疑似帕瑞昔布致Steven-Johnson综合征的临床实践1例

A case of clinical pharmacist participating in the clinical practice of suspected Steven-Johnson syndrome caused by parecoxib

摘要 通过分析临床药师参与因胃体腺癌术后疼痛使用帕瑞昔布出现皮疹快速进展为Steven-Johnson综合征(SJS)的1例中老年男性患者的救治与药学监护过程,警示临床使用具有SJS发生风险的药物时应特别引起重视,一旦发现药物相关性皮疹应尽早甄别,必要时停用可疑药物并积极对症治疗,确保临床用药安全。
