滇橄榄水提物对洛哌丁胺诱导便秘小鼠症状的改善作用

Ameliorative Effect of Phyllanthus emblica Linn. Aqueous Extract on Loperamide-induced Constipation in Mice

摘要 探讨滇橄榄水提物对小鼠功能性便秘的改善作用。将昆明小鼠随机分为空白对照组、洛哌丁胺模型对照组、阳性对照组(麻仁丸)和3个剂量的滇橄榄水提物干预组。给药组分别经口灌胃低、中、高剂量[300、600、900 mg/(kg·d)]的滇橄榄水提物和洛哌丁胺[8 mg/(kg·d)]。连续灌胃一定时间后,观察各组小鼠的首粒排黑便时间、6 h内粪便总质量和粪便粒数、粪便含水率和小肠墨汁推进率。与模型对照组相比,滇橄榄水提物高剂量组小鼠首粒排黑便时间显著缩短,中、高剂量组小鼠6 h内粪便总质量和粪便粒数以及粪便含水率均显著提高,小肠墨汁推进率显著增加,通便效果与阳性对照组相近。滇橄榄水提物对洛哌丁胺诱导的小鼠功能性便秘具有改善作用,安全有效,无明显毒副作用。 The present study explored the ameliorative effect of aqueous extract of Phyllanthus emblica Linn. on functional constipation of mice. Kunming mice were randomly divided into a blank group,a model group of loperamide,a positive group of Maren pills,and three intervention groups of P. emblica aqueous extract. The mice in the groups with drug intervention were orally administered with low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose aqueous extract of P. emblica [300,600,and 900 mg/(kg·d)] and loperamide [8 mg/(kg·d)] correspondingly. After continuous intragastric administration for a certain time,the first black stool time,the total fecal weight,fecal granule number within 6 hours,fecal moisture content,and small intestinal ink propulsion rate of mice in each group were observed. Compared with the model group,the high-dose P. emblica aqueous extract could significantly shorten the first black stool time of mice;The medium-dose and high-dose P. emblica aqueous extract could significantly increase the total fecal weight,fecal granule number within 6 hours,the fecal moisture content,and the small intestinal ink propulsion rate of mice. Besides,the ameliorative effect was close to that of the positive group(Maren pills). P. emblica aqueous extract could improve functional constipation induced by loperamide,which was safe and effective,without obvious side effects.
