关节镜下三联松解术结合肩袖修复治疗肩袖损伤合并冻结肩的疗效观察

Effect of Arthroscopic Triple Release Combined with Rotator Cuff Repair on Rotator Cuff Injury Combined with Frozen Shoulder

目的 观察关节镜下三联松解术结合肩袖修复应用于肩袖损伤合并冻结肩患者的疗效。方法 选取2016年6月-2021年6月收治的肩袖损伤合并冻结肩患者60例,随机将其分为对照组和研究组,每组患者30例。对照组予以关节镜下三联松解术治疗,研究组予以关节镜下三联松解术结合肩袖修复治疗。比较两组临床指标、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、肩关节评分(UCLA)、肩肘外科协会(ASES)评分、临床疗效。结果 研究组患者在术中、术后的临床指标及各项评分均优于对照组;并且研究组的治疗总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(70.00%),差异突出(P<0.05)。结论 关节镜下三联松解术结合肩袖修复能促进肩袖损伤合并冻结肩患者康复,有效降低术中出血量,减少了患者疼痛感,具有较好的肩关节功能改善。

Objective To observe the efficacy of arthroscopic triple release combined with rotator cuff repair in patients with rotator cuff injury combined with frozen shoulder. Methods A total of 60 patients with rotator cuff injury complicated with frozen shoulder admitted to the department of Orthopedics of our hospital from June 2016 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and research group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with arthroscopic triple release, while the study group was treated with arthroscopic triple release combined with rotator cuff repair. Clinical indicators, visual analogue scale(VAS), shoulder joint score(UCLA), shoulder and Elbow Surgery Association(ASES) score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical indexes and scores of patients in the study group were better than those in the control group. The total effective rate of the study group(93.33%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05). Conclusions Arthroscopic triple release combined with rotator cuff repair can promote the rehabilitation of patients with rotator cuff injury combined with frozen shoulder, effectively reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, reduce the pain of patients, and improve the function of shoulder joint.
