左旋甲状腺素治疗妊娠期糖尿病伴亚临床甲减孕妇妊娠并发症的效果研究

Effect of Levothyroxine on Pregnancy Complications in Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and Subclinical Hypothyroidism

目的 研究妊娠期糖尿病伴亚临床甲减孕妇使用左旋甲状腺素治疗产生的妊娠并发症效果。方法 选取2019年06月-2021年06月接收的106例妊娠期糖尿病伴亚临床甲减孕妇作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组53例,给予常规治疗;实验组53例,给予左旋甲状腺素治疗,评比两组患者的血糖、甲状腺功能、并发症、及生活质量。结果 干预后,两组患者的血糖、甲状腺功能指标变化、生活质量情况比较,实验组优于对照组,P<0.05,差异突出;两组患者并发症比较,实验组较对照组低,P<0.05,差异明显。结论 妊娠期糖尿病伴亚临床甲减孕妇给予左旋甲状腺素治疗的效果更显著。

Objective To study the effect of levothyroxine treatment on pregnancy complications in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus and subclinical hypothyroidism. Methods A total of 106 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus and subclinical hypothyroidism received in our hospital from 2019.06 to 2021.06 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into 53 cases in the control group, who were given routine treatment;53 cases in the experimental group, who were given levothyroxine After treatment, the blood glucose, thyroid function, complications, and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the blood glucose, thyroid function index changes and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared, the experimental group was better than the control group, P<0.05, the difference was outstanding;the complications of the two groups of patients were compared, the experimental group was lower than the control group, P<0.05, the difference is obvious. Conclusions The effect of levothyroxine treatment for pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus and subclinical hypothyroidism is more significant, and it is worthy of application.
