“三全育人”视域下高校图书馆阅读推广社团培育改革的实践探索

Exploration on the Reform of Establishment of Reading Promotion Associations in University Libraries from the Perspective of“Three Wide Education”

在“三全育人”的改革热潮中,高校图书馆作为学校第二课堂的重要学习阵地,探索和实践“三全育人”理念下的工作服务模式势在必行。“三全育人”理念对高校图书馆阅读推广社团管理有重要指导意义,阅读推广社团在培育中存在地位尴尬、育人意识淡薄、制度建设不完善等问题,通过全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人等改革措施去创新社团管理,可以实现高校图书馆与大学生的双赢局面。这些改革的实践探索将对同类院校培育学生阅读推广人有所启发。

As the reform of“Three Wide Education”booms nationwide,it is necessary to explore and practice a new service mode for university libraries,an important second classroomfor college students.There exist some problems in the process of establishing reading promotion associations,such as the weak awareness of people⁃educating and imperfect system construction.To benefit both the libraries and the college students,“Three Wide Education”should be implemented to innovate the management of the associations.It is hoped that this exploration would inspire other universities and colleges.
