Facilitating the continuous diagnosis improvement of talents training quality plays an important role in the quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges.The key to realizing such improvement lies in the reform of learning evaluation of unit teaching.The method of performance evaluation embedded in the unit teaching is a new one which can encourage students to learn,monitor the achievement of teaching objectives and realize continuous diagnosis improvement.This paper explores the teaching reform of performance evaluation and analyzes the degree of achievement of unit teaching objectives,thus advancing the continuous improvement of teaching quality.
