以持续诊断改进为目标的单元教学表现性评价探索

摘要 推进教学常态下人才培养质量的持续诊断改进是高职院校质量保证工作体系中的重要环节。单元教学学习评价改革是实现教学常态下持续诊断改进的关键。嵌入单元教学的表现性评价方式,是促进学生学习、监测教学目标达成、实现持续诊断改进的新型测评方式。在市场营销专业核心课程教学评价中开展表现性评价教学改革探索,开展单元教学目标达成度分析,推进教学质量的持续改进。 Facilitating the continuous diagnosis improvement of talents training quality plays an important role in the quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges.The key to realizing such improvement lies in the reform of learning evaluation of unit teaching.The method of performance evaluation embedded in the unit teaching is a new one which can encourage students to learn,monitor the achievement of teaching objectives and realize continuous diagnosis improvement.This paper explores the teaching reform of performance evaluation and analyzes the degree of achievement of unit teaching objectives,thus advancing the continuous improvement of teaching quality.
