培养目标达成度和职业岗位匹配度视域下的专业人才培养质量评价 被引量:2

Evaluation of Quality of Professional Talents Training from the Perspective of Degree of Achievement of Training Goals and Degree of Position Matching

摘要 以广州城市职业学院软件技术专业2020届毕业生为分析对象,基于移动应用程序员岗位的专业核心能力,评价软件技术专业的人才培养质量。把能力作为知识、技能、素质的上位概念,从知识、技能、素质三个维度评价课程教学质量和专业人才培养质量,再计算得出能力达成评价。在专业人才培养质量评价中,采用了内适标准“培养目标达成度”和外适标准“职业岗位匹配度”。 Based on the professional core competencies of mobile application programmers,the quality of talents training in software technology specialty is evaluated,with the graduates of Class of 2020 as the subject.Ability is considered as an upper concept of knowledge,skills and diathesis.The quality of course teaching and that of professional talents training are evaluated in three dimensions—the achievement of knowledge,the achievement of skills and the achievement of diathesis,based on which achievement of ability is calculated.When evaluating the quality of professional talentstraining,the degree of achievement of training goals is adopted as the internal⁃adaptive standard,while the degree of position matching as the external⁃adaptive standard.
