经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并神经根管狭窄临床研究

A Clinical Study on the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation with Nerve Root Canal Stenosis by TESSYS Technique

目的:观察经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并神经根管狭窄应用效果。方法:选择2018年6月-2020年6月于本院就诊的112例腰椎间盘突出症合并神经根管狭窄的患者作为本次实验的研究对象,随机将这112例患者分成观察组和对照组,每组均有56例患者。对照组的患者采用常规的椎间融合术,并且根据患者的实际情况可以结合植骨融合,观察组的患者应用经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术。结果:观察组的患者的围术期指标明显的优于对照组,观察组的优良率也明显的高于对照组,观察组的疼痛情况和腰椎的损害情况都明显的优于对照组,观察组神经传导速度的恢复明显优于对照组。结论:经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并神经根管狭窄的临床效果较好,值得临床工作中推广使用。

Objective:To observe the effect of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy with TESSYS technique in the treatment of lumbar disc hermiation with nerve root canal stenosis.Methods:112 patients with lumbar disc hemi-ation and nerve root canal stenosis who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects of this experiment.These 112 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.There were 56 patients in the group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional interbody fu-sion,which could be combined with bone graft fusion according to the actual situation of the patient.Patients in the experimental group were treated with the TESSYS technology of percutaneous inter foraminal lens.Results:The peri-operative indicators of the experimental group were signifie anly better than those of the control group,and the excel-lent and good rate of the experimental group was also significantly higher than that of the control group.The pain and lumbar damage of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group.The recovery of nerve conduction velocity in the group was significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion:The percu-taneous transforaminal endoscopy TESSYS technique has a good clinical ffect in the treatment of lumbar disc hemia-tion combined with nerve root canal stenosis,and it is worthy of promotion and use in clinical work.
