摘要
目的:探究健康国人腰椎三维结构数据,以望对临床手术提供参考。方法:分析122例腰椎正常人群的三维重建CT作为分析对象,年龄20-40岁,男68例,女54例,测量两侧椎弓根狭部的高度、寬度、椎弓根通道的长度、椎弓根间距以及椎弓根通道的上倾角和外倾角,比较双侧数据的差异并分析数据的相关分布特点。结果:所有测量结果显示双侧对比均未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。L_(1)-L_(5)椎弓根高度呈先下降再上升趋势,在L_(1)节段最小,左侧为(14.95±1.97)mm,右侧为(14.89±1.93)mm,而椎弓根的宽度呈现逐渐增大趋势,L_(5)为宽度最大,左侧为(12.16±2.11)mm,右侧为(12.32±2.23)mm;L_(1)-L_(5)椎弓根通道的长度呈先升.高再降低趋势,L_(5)最长,左侧为(52.27±3.07)mm,右侧为(52.07±3.36)mm;椎弓根间距呈逐渐增大趋势,最小为L为(20.18±1.63)mm。椎弓根通道的上倾角呈逐渐变小趋势,而外倾角度则呈逐渐增大趋势。结论:本研究为临床精准置入椎弓根螺钉提供数据支撑。
Objective:To explore the three-dimensional structure data of healthy Chinese lumbar vertebrae in order to provide reference for clinical operation.Methods:Analyze 122 cases of lumbar spine 3d reconstruction CT nonnal people as analysis object,age 20 to 40,68 cases of male,female 54 cases,measurement on both sides of the pedicle the throat of the height,width,the length of the pedicle channel,pedicle spacing and pedicle channel angle and camber angle,comparing the difference between the bilateral data and analysis of the relevant distribution characteristics of the data.Results:There was no statistical difference in all measurement results(P>0.05).The pedicle height of L_(1)-L_(5) was firstly decreased and then increased,with the smallest pedicle height in the L_(3) segment(14.95±1.97mm on the left side,14.89±1.93mm on the right side),while the pedicle width was gradually increased,with the largest pedicle width in L5(12.16±2.11mm on the left side,12.32±2.23mm on the right side).The length of pedicle channels from L_(1) to L_(5) increased first and then decreased,and L3 was the longest(left:52.27±3.07mm,right:52.07±3.36mm).The pedicle spacing increased gradually,and the minimum was LI(20.18±1.63mm).The upward inclination of the pedicle channels showed a decreasing trend,while the outward inclination Angle showed a increasing trend.Conclusion:This study provides data support for accurate pedicle screw placement in the clinic.
