针刺加超短波配合核心肌群训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果观察

Observation of the Effect of Acupuncture Plus Ultra-short Wave Combined with Core Muscle Group training in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察应用针刺加中频电疗配合核心肌群训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法:研究对象以2019年2月-2020年9月来我院接受诊治的235例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行研究,将病例随机分为对照组(单纯针刺治疗,n=110)与观察组(针刺加超短波配合核心肌群训练,n=125),比较2组临床疗效、治疗干预前后疼痛程度与生活质量改善情况;3个月及6个月时复发情况。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率为98.4%,显著高于对照组的89.1%;观察组VAS评分为(1.74±0.85)分,显著低于对照组的(3.12±0.9)分;观察组SF-36评分为(70.22±3.19)分,显著高于对照组的(64.57±2.71)分。2组对比存在明显差异性(P<0.05)。观察组3个月及6个月随访复发率明显降低。结论:在腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗中,针刺加超短波配合核心肌群训练疗效更佳,且能缩短治疗时间,疗效显著,安全性高,而且能减少复发率,值得在临床治疗上推广与应用。

Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture plus medium frequency electrotherapy combined with core muscle training on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:235 cases of patients with lumbar disc hemi ation who came to our hospital from February 20,2019 to September 20,2020 were randomly divided into control group(acupuncture alone,n=110)and observation group(acupuncture plus ultra-short wave with core muscle training,n=125).The clinical efficacy,pain degree and quality of life improvement before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Recurrence at 3 and 6 months.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(98.4%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(89.1%),and the VAS score of the observation group(1.74±0.85)was significantly lower than that of the control group(3.12±0.9).The SF-36 score of the observation group was(70.22±3.19),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(64.57±2.71),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)。The recurrence rate of the observation group at 3 and 6 months of follow-up was significantly reduced.Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,acupuncture plus ultrashort wave combined with core muscle training has better efficacy,and can shorten the treatment time,has significant efficacy,high safety,and can reduce the recurrence rate,which is worth promoting and applying in clinical treatment.
