长三角科创金融国际化前沿社区建设策略研究——以安徽省“十四五”重大服务业项目:滨湖金融小镇为例

Research on Strategies for Developing Frontier Community in the Internationalization of Sci-Tech Innovation & Finance in the Yangtze River Delta——Taking Hefei Binhu Financial Town, Which is a Major Modern Service Industry Project Listed in Anhui’s 14th F

自广东佛山南海、上海漕河泾率先成为产业社区的首批实验者以来,近十年来,产业社区已逐渐成为各地建设新型产业平台的新模式。历经大规模的工业化、城市化,当前全国范围内兴起的“产业社区模式”,标志着我国一、二线城市尤其是经济相对发达、土地集约化利用水平更高的都市圈中心城市,产业平台的构筑手法正全面从过去的工业逻辑,向人本逻辑跃迁,从单一的生产导向转为生产、生活、生态融合的导向。本文以新加坡纬壹科学城、上海世界顶尖科学家社区、苏州长三角国际研发社区为国际国内典型对标案例,梳理其空间规划、建筑设计、社群营造、品牌IP打造等方面的先进经验,为安徽省“十四五”现代服务业重大项目——合肥滨湖金融小镇构筑“长三角科创金融国际化前沿社区”出具建设策略。

Since Nanhai of Foshan in Guangdong and Caohejing in Shanghai took the lead in becoming the first experimenters on industrial communities, industrial communities have gradually become a new model for building new industrial platforms in various places in the past decade. After large-scale industrialization and urbanization, the“industrial community model”being popular throughout the country indicates that China’s first and second tier cities, especially the central cities in the metropolitan area with relatively developed economy and higher level of intensive land use, are making a transition in developing platforms from the past industrial logic to humanistic logic, and from a single production orientation to a“production, life and ecological protection integrated”orientation. Taking the One North(Science City) in Singapore, the World’s Top Scientist Community in Shanghai and the YRD International R&D Community in Suzhou as typical benchmarking cases at home and abroad, this paper sorts out the experience of the places in space planning,architectural design, community development and brand IP building, based on which, this paper proposes some strategies for the development of Hefei Binhu Financial Town, which is a major modern service industry project listed in Anhui’s 14th Five-Year Plan, into a frontier community in the internationalization of sci-tech innovation and finance in the Yangtze River Delta.
