摘要
随着疫情进入常态化,我国率先进入“后疫情时代”,国内医学教育的改革也应运而生。本文主要探索疫后医学高校推进“医学生人文素养教育”建设的路径,建立“三段式”医学生人文素养教育模式,促使人文素养教育达到的全面性与养成的渐进性、教育结构的统合性、教育过程的持续性与进阶性、教育方式与手段的协同性。
With the normalization of the epidemic,China was the first to enter the post-epidemic era,and the reform of medical education in China also came into being.This article mainly explored the way to promote the construction of the Humanistic Quality Education for students in medical colleges and universities after the outbreak of the epidemic,to establish a mode of Three-stage Humanistic Education for medical students,and to promote the Humanistic Quality Education to be progressive and comprehensive in terms of cultivation,integrated in terms of educational structure,continuous and advanced in terms of educational process,and synergistic in terms of educational methods and means.
