新时代加强高校教风建设路径研究

Research on Strengthening the Construction of Teaching Style in Colleges in the New Era

教风是高校精神文化、物质文化、制度文化长期实践的统一。加强教风建设是贯彻习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述精神和高校人才培养质量的根本保证,为提升内涵式发展、实现立德树人根本使命筑牢根基。本文在阐释教风建设内涵的基础上,运用社会学研究方法客观分析目前高校教风中存在的问题,分析制约教风建设深层次体制机制原因,提出强化教师师德师风建设、推进制度改革、营造良好从教生态的举措,从而激发教师教学发展力和推进大学发展目标。

Teaching style is the unity of long-term practice of spiritual culture,material culture,system culture in colleges and universities.Strengthening the construction of teaching style is the fundamental guarantee for implementing of the General Secretary Xi Jinping's important spirit of education and the quality of personnel cultivation in colleges and universities,so as to lay a solid foundation for promoting connotative development and realizing the fundamental mission of moral cultivation.On the basis of explaining the connotation of the construction of teaching style,this paper objectively analyzes the phenomena and problems existing in the current teaching style in colleges and universities by using sociological research methods.Moreover,it analyzes the deep-seated system and mechanism reasons restricting the construction of teaching style,and puts forward to strengthen the ideological and political quality and ethics of college teachers.Furthermore,to make a breakthrough in promoting system reform,further establish and improve system security and create a good teaching ecology,so as to achieve the goal of improving the quality of talent training,stimulating teachers'teaching development and promoting the development of universities.
