Research on Improving Path to the Editor Team’s Soft Power of Ordinary University Journals of Social Science in New Era--From the Perspective of National Language Capacity Construction

通过对“国家语言能力”这一概念内涵和外延的分析,剖析了国家语言能力建设和编辑团队软实力建设之间的关系,系统梳理了提升编辑团队软实力的重要性,从多个层面阐述了在国家语言能力建设视角下提升编辑团队软实力的具体措施,希冀为新时代普通高校社科学报编辑团队实现自身价值、助力国家语言能力建设提供理论支撑和实践路向。

In this paper,by the analysis of the connotation and denotation to the concept of“national language capacity”,the relationship between the national language capacity construction and the construction of the editor team’s soft power is dissected,the significance of promoting the editor team’s soft power is systematically arranged,the concrete measures are proposed from various aspects based on national language capacity construction,aiming at providing the theoretical support and practical approaches to achieving the editor team’s worth of ordinary university journals of social science and making its contribution to the national language capacity construction.
