摘要
对德国DVS 1612—2014标准中铁路货车焊接结构焊缝疲劳强度评估理论、方法和流程以及EN 15085标准规定的焊缝质量等级要求进行阐述。借助内嵌DVS 1612—2014标准的焊缝疲劳强度评估软件对某出口欧洲的铁路货车焊接结构的焊缝疲劳强度进行评估。结果表明,仿真分析得到的焊缝利用率可以形象直观地评估铁路货车的焊缝疲劳强度,满足铁路货车出口欧洲的要求,为我国铁路货车行业焊接结构焊缝疲劳分析提供参考。
The theory,method and process of fatigue assessment of welded joints of railway freight car welded structures in the German DVS 1612 standard and the quality level requirements of welds specified in the EN 15085 standard are described. With the help of the embedded DVS 1612 standard weld fatigue evaluation software,the weld fatigue strength of the welded structure of a railway freight car exported to Europe was evaluated. The results showed that the weld utilization rate obtained by the simulation analysis could visually and intuitively evaluate the welding fatigue strength of railway freight cars,met the requirements of railway freight cars exporting to Europe,and provided a reference for the fatigue analysis of welded structures in the domestic railway freight car industry.
