GO/氟硅丙烯酸酯复合乳液整理剂的拒水防紫外线性能 被引量:3

Properties of water-repellency and anti-UV of GO/fluorine-silicon acrylate composite emulsion finishing agent

摘要 以氧化石墨烯(GO)为功能填料,氟硅丙烯酸酯(FSi Ac)乳液为功能黏合助剂,制备了GO/FSi Ac复合乳液整理剂,并通过轧-烘-焙工艺对亚麻织物进行整理。利用FTIR、TEM和DLS表征了GO/FSiAc复合乳液的结构和粒径分布;通过XPS和SEM表征了整理亚麻织物的表面元素和形貌;考察了软单体(丙烯酸丁酯,BA)和硬单体(甲基丙烯酸甲酯,MMA)的质量比及GO的质量浓度对整理亚麻织物的热稳定性、防紫外线性、拒水性、物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,GO在FSi Ac乳液中具有良好的分散性,并均匀地覆盖在亚麻织物表面。当m(BA)∶m(MMA)=7∶3,GO质量浓度为4g/L时,亚麻织物表现出优异的拒水性和防紫外线性能,其水接触角为148.48°,紫外线防护系数(UPF)为179.77,紫外线UVA波段的透过率为0.63%。与原始亚麻织物相比,GO/FSi Ac复合乳液整理的亚麻织物的耐热性、断裂强力和断裂伸长率分别提升60.67℃、153N和11.1%,同时保持良好的透气性能。经过20次皂洗测试后,水接触角仍为142.00°,UPF为162.22,UVA波段的透过率为0.94%,说明整理后亚麻织物具有良好的耐久性。 Graphene oxide/fluorine-silicon acrylate(GO/FSi Ac)composite emulsion finishing agent was prepared by using GO as functional filler and FSi Ac emulsion as functional adhesive auxiliary and then used to the finishing of flax fabric by roll-dry-bake process.The structure and particle size distribution of GO/FSiAc composite emulsion were characterized by FTIR,TEM and DLS.The surface elements and morphology of the finished flax fabric were characterized by XPS and SEM.The effects of mass ratio of soft monomer(BA)to hard monomer(MMA)and mass concentration of GO on heat resistance,UV protection property,water repellency and physical and mechanical properties were investigated.The results showed that GO had good dispersion in FSiAc emulsion and uniformly covered the surface of flax fabric.Under the conditions of m(BA)∶m(MMA)=7∶3 and mass concentration of GO of 4 g/L,the finished flax fabric showed excellent water repellency and UV protection property with water contact angle of 148.48°,ultraviolet protection factor(UPF)of 179.77,and transmission rate of 0.63%in the ultraviolet UVA band.Compared with those of original flax fabric,the heat resistance,breaking strength and elongation at break of the finished flax fabric were increased by 60.67℃,153 N and 11.1%,with better air permeability.The finished flax fabric had good durability with water contact angle of 142.00°,UPF of 162.22,and the UVA band transmittance of 0.94%after underwent soap washing tests for 20 times.
