结合科学和哲学对机器意识进行理解,以具有代表性的深度学习为例以及对二元论分析证明机器目前尚未达到人类意识水平。机器意识研究所产生的负面影响损害了人类生存和精神的独立性,机器意识研究带来的一系列伦理问题,可通过立法监管、技术人员提前检测及自我约束、用户保持警惕及参与监督等宏观层面和微观层面进行合理引导。

The understanding of machine consciousness,combined with science and philosophy,taking the representative deep learning as an example and the analysis of dualism,proves that machine has not yet reached the level of human consciousness.The negative impact of machine consciousness research has damaged human survival and spiritual independence.A series of ethical problems brought by machine consciousness research can be reasonably guided at the macro and micro levels,such as legislative supervision,technicians’early detection and self-restraint,users’vigilance and participation in supervision.
