高校新生廉洁教育探究

On Incorruptibility Education for Freshmen in Colleges and Universities

高校新生阶段是开展廉洁教育的重要契机,对于其世界观、人生观、价值观的形成和巩固具有重要作用。目前,高校存在着对廉洁教育重视不够、师资单一匮乏、缺少针对性等问题,弱化了廉洁教育立德树人、培根铸魂的作用和效果,对新生的学习成长和未来发展极为不利。基于此,文章从五个方面提出解决问题的办法:提高认识,建立新生廉洁教育有效机制;深抓落实,把廉洁教育纳入课程教学体系;提升质量,加强廉洁教育师资队伍建设;拓展渠道,增强廉洁教育的针对性和实效性;以人为本,加强廉洁教育整体氛围的营造。

The freshman stage of tertiary education is an important opportunity to carry out integrity education,which plays an important role in the formation and consolidation of their world view,outlook on life and values.At present,there are some problems in colleges and universities,such as insufficient attention to integrity education,lack of single teachers and lack of pertinence,which weaken the role and effect of integrity education in building morality and cultivating people and shaping the soul.This is extremely unfavorable to the learning growth and future development of freshmen.Based on this,the study puts forward the solutions to the problems from five aspects:raising awareness and establishing an effective mechanism for freshmen’s integrity education;paying close attention to the implementation and bringing integrity education into the curriculum teaching system;improving the quality and strengthen the construction of clean education teachers;expanding channels and enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of integrity education.The people-oriented education philosophy will strengthen the overall atmosphere of integrity education.
