摘要
目的:提高辣木籽有效成分提取率,研究其体外抗氧化活性。方法:运用乙醇热浸提法,提取辣木籽中的有效成分;以综合得分为评价指标,采用响应面分析法对提取条件进行优化;通过测定辣木籽提取物不同极性萃取部位的还原力以及·OH自由基和ABTS^(+)·自由基的清除能力来考察其体外抗氧化能力。结果:响应面优化后的提取工艺为乙醇体积分数70%,料液比1∶31g/mL,提取温度69℃,此时综合得分最高为94.57;体外抗氧化活性顺序为:乙酸乙酯部位>石油醚部位>正丁醇部位>水部位。结论:用热浸提法提取辣木籽中活性物质,响应面分析法优化提取工艺的试验方法可行;辣木籽提取物不同极性萃取部位均具有一定的体外抗氧化活性,具有成为天然抗氧化剂的潜力。
Objective:To improve the extraction rate of Moringa oleifera Lam.seeds and study its antioxidant activity in vitro.Methods:The effective components in Moringa oleifera Lam.seeds were extracted by ethanol hot extraction.Response surface methodology(RSM)was used to optimize extraction conditions with the comprehensive score as the evaluation index.The antioxidant capacity of Moringa oleifera Lam.seeds extract in vitro was determined by the reducing power of different polar extracts and the scavenging capacity of·OH radical and ABTS^(+)·radical.Results:After response surface optimization,the extraction conditions were as follows:ethanol volume fraction 70%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶31g/mL,and extraction temperature 69℃,the highest comprehensive score was 94.57.The order of antioxidant activity in vitro was ethyl acetate extract>petroleum ether extract>n-butanol extract>water extract.Conclusion:The active substances in Moringa oleifera Lam.seeds were extracted by hot extraction,and the optimized extraction process by response surface methodology was feasible.Different polar extracts of Moringa oleifera Lam.seeds extract have certain antioxidant activity in vitro and have the potential to become natural antioxidants.
