pCEC法检测运动营养品中吡咯并喹啉醌的含量

Determination of pyrroloquinoline quinone in sports nutrients by pressurized capillary electrochromatography

摘要 建立一种快速、高效的加压毛细管电色谱法检测运动营养品中吡咯并喹啉醌含量的分析方法。样品经20%的乙腈溶液提取后,以乙腈-15mmol/L pH4.7磷酸钾缓冲液(15∶85,v/v)作为流动相,260nm检测波长下检测,在电压强度+2kV条件下,外标法峰面积定量。结果表明,吡咯并喹啉醌标准溶液在0.05μg/mL~2.00μg/mL浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数R2为0.9995,检出限为0.5μg/kg,定量限为1.5μg/kg,加标回收率达到86.4%~98.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.17%~4.35%。该方法具有前处理简单、检测速度快的优点,适用于运动营养品中吡咯并喹啉醌含量的测定。 A rapid and effective method was established for the determination of pyrroloquinoline quinone in sports nutrients by pressurized capillary electrochromatography(pCEC)method.The sample was extracted by 20%acetonitrile solution,and the acetonitrile-15mmol/L potassium phosphate buffer pH4.7(15∶85,v/v)was used as the mobile phase.Under the condition of voltage strength+2kV,the peak area was quantified by external standard method with 260nm as the detection wavelength.The linear range of pyrroloquinoline quinone was in the range of 0.05μg/mL~2.00μg/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.9995.The detection limit was 0.5μg/kg and the quantitative limit was 1.5μg/kg.The recovery rate was 86.4%~98.2%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)ranged from 2.17%to 4.35%.The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment and fast detection rate,and is suitable for the determination of pyrroloquinoline quinone in sports nutrients.
