改性淀粉-聚丙烯酰胺处理石材加工废水的研究

摘要 将改性淀粉与聚丙烯酰胺协同使用,用于石材加工废水的处理。考察了投加量对石材加工废水的絮凝效果,并对比研究了改性淀粉-聚丙烯酰胺协同使用和絮凝剂单独使用的处理效果。结果表明:在浊度5000 NTU的200 mL石材加工废水中,最佳协同投加量为2 mL改性淀粉-0.2 g聚丙烯酰胺,浊度去除率达到99.3%。在浊度16000 NTU的200 mL石材加工废水中,同时加入7 mL的改性淀粉和0.7 g的聚丙烯酰胺时,浊度去除率达到98%。使用改性淀粉-聚丙烯酰胺协同处理的效果优于单独使用絮凝剂。 Modified starch and polyacrylamide(PAM)were used in the treatment of stone processing wastewater.The flocculation effects of dosage on the treatment of stone processing wastewater were investigated,and the treatment effects of modified starch-polyacrylamide and flocculant alone were compared.The results show that under the condition of 5000 NTU turbidity 200 mL stone processing wastewater,the best synergistic dosage is 2 mL modified starch-0.2 g polyacrylamide(PAM),and the turbidity removal rate is 99.3%;Under the condition of 16000 NTU turbidity of raw water from 200 mL stone processing wastewater,the turbidity removal rate reaches 98%.The effect of modified starch-polyacrylamide(PAM)synergistic treatment is better than that of flocculant alone.
