摘要
间歇液相本体法聚丙烯装置在正常生产过程中氮气消耗量大,丙烯单耗高。针对这一问题,通过建立优化运行的数学模型,确定了不同条件下的最佳闪蒸置换压力。在优化运行的基础上,提出膜分离尾气循环利用的改造方案,方案实施后不仅能降低氮气消耗和丙烯加工损失,还能使装置生产过程更加安全环保。
In the normal production process of the batch liquid phase bulk polypropylene plant,the nitrogen consumption is large and the propylene unit consumption is high.To solve this problem,by establishing a mathematical model for optimized operation,the optimal flash replacement pressure under different conditions is determined.On the basis of optimized operation,a transformation plan for the recycling of tail gas from membrane separation was proposed.After the implementation of the plan,not only can the nitrogen consumption and propylene processing loss be reduced,but also the production process of the device can be safer and more environmentally friendly.
