摘要
在流化床甲醇制丙烯(FMTP)生产过程中,催化剂再生会产生大量的CO,导致再生器顶部飞温。在FMTP反应-再生装置中加入CO助燃剂,能够降低烟气中CO的含量。考察了CO助燃剂对甲醇制烯烃(MCR)和烯烃回炼(EBTP)反应的影响。结果表明,加入适量的CO助燃剂,对MCR和EBTP反应的转化率和产品的气相选择性影响较小。
During the production of FMTP,catalyst regeneration will generates CO,resulting in the top temperature of the regenerator.CO combustion promoter can reduce CO content in regenerator flue gas.This paper focused on the effect of CO combustion promoter on MCR and EBTP reaction.The experimental results show that the effects of suitable content of CO combustion promoter on MCR and EBTP reaction were minor.
