摘要
对压缩天然气加气母站分子筛脱水工艺进行了研究。针对湿气再生脱水工艺以及干气再生脱水工艺特点进行了对比分析。湿气再生工艺采用低压湿气循环再生脱水,投资较低;干气再生工艺采用脱水干气再生,脱水干气增压返输至原料气工艺,脱水天然气水露点可以达到-60℃以下。
The molecular sieve dehydration process of compressed gas filling station is studied,the characteristics of moisture regeneration and dry gas regeneration dehydration process are analyzed.The moisture regeneration process adopts low pressure moisture circulation regeneration dehydration,the investment is low;the dry gas regeneration process adopts dehydrated dry gas regeneration,the dehydrated dry gas pressurization is back to feed gas,and the dew point of dehydrated natural gas can reach below-60℃.
