地方高校转型发展过程中实验室现状与改进

Laboratory Status and Improvement Suggestions in the Transformation and Development of Local Colleges and Universities

实验室在地方高校转型发展过程中起着中坚作用。实验室在建设过程中普遍存在着诸多问题,包括实验室格局设置不合理、实验技术人员水平低、管理员与科研员不能有效协作、为保安全而降效率、学生管理不到位、紧急处置系统欠缺等。分析了上述问题,并提出合理的改进建议与举措,以期能够构建地方高校实验室的高效运作体系,逐步推动地方高校实验室的有序且可持续发展。

The laboratories in local colleges and universities play a critical role in the process of their transformation and development.However,many problems exist in the constructing process of the laboratory,including the unreasonable structure of laboratories,the low level of experimental technicians,the ineffective collaboration between administrators and teachers,the reducing efficiency for safe,the unqualified management for students,the lacking emergency disposal system,etc.This paper analyzes the above problems and proposes some reasonable suggestions and measures for improvement,so as to build an efficient operation system of laboratory and gradually promote the ordered and sustainable development of local universities.
