Analysis on Cost Control Strategy of Municipal Garden Project under EPC General Contracting Mode

EPC总承包模式能够推进工程项目的设计和施工两个阶段高度的结合,在一些基础设施项目中得到大量应用。面对多专业、多单位协作、工作量巨大而复杂的EPC项目,实现企业的利润、有效的控制造价、提高效益,是市政EPC项目管理的核心。为了实现EPC模式下项目经济社会效益的最优,达到项目降本增效的核心目的,本文结合南沙区2019年重点区域、重点道路城市园林绿化景观提升项目设计施工一体化(标段二)案例,阐述EPC模式下工程造价控制的优势,并提出工程建设造价优化策略,为相关园林项目造价控制提供相应的借鉴作用。

EPC general contracting mode can promote the high-level combination of design and construction of engineering projects,and has been widely used in some infrastructure projects.In the face of multi-professional,multi-unit collaboration,huge volume and complex EPC projects,the core of municipal EPC project management is to achieve corporate profits,effectively control costs,and improve efficiency.In order to achieve the optimal economic and social benefits of the project under the EPC mode and achieve the core purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency of the project,this article combines the design and construction integration of the landscaping improvement projects in key areas and key roads of Nansha District in 2019(Lot 2),expounds the advantages of project cost control under the EPC mode,and proposes the optimization strategy of project construction cost,which provides a corresponding reference for the cost control of related landscaping projects.
