With the continuous advancement of urbanization in China and the vigorous development of the real estate industry,the people pay increasing attention to the quality of residential projects.Part project acceptance is an important part of quality control.Combined with the author’s daily work practice,this article expounds the common problems in the process of part residential project acceptance,and takes it as an entry point to put forward targeted countermeasures,in order to improve the quality and efficiency of part project acceptance.
