摘要
介绍了一种油套管双头螺纹接头的开发过程.双头螺纹的上扣速度是常规螺纹接头的两倍以上,可以大幅提高下井效率.结合具体产品规格对双头螺纹接头进行了有限元分析、加工工艺研究以及实物性能试验.分析结果表明,双头螺纹接头应力分布均匀,上扣速度快,接头性能满足使用要求,证明了双头螺纹形式的合理性.
Described here in the paper is the development activities of the a double-start thread connection for tubing and casing.The make up speed of the said double-star thread connection is at least two times higher than that of the conventional thread connection,and therefore the downhole efficiency can be significantly improved.The FEA,the processing technology research and the physical test are carried out for the said double-star thread connection with specific sizes.As a result it is identified that the double-star thread connection features uniform stress distribution,high make-up speed,and properties satisfactory to the application requirements,which proves the rationality of the doublestart thread structure.
