摘要
职业召唤是近年来管理学关注的从内在激发员工积极行为的热点话题,本文基于自我决定理论,探究职业召唤对主动变革行为的双刃剑影响。基于55份领导问卷和220份员工问卷的研究结果表明:职业召唤对主动变革行为具有正向影响;职业召唤对自主、能力和关系心理需求,以及强迫式工作激情具有显著正向影响;基本心理需求三个维度对主动变革行为具有正向影响,强迫式工作激情对主动变革行为的具有负向影响;自主、能力和关系心理需求在职业召唤与主动变革行为之间具有部分中介作用,强迫式工作激情在职业召唤与主动变革行为之间具有部分中介作用,最后提出了相应的理论启示和管理启示。
Calling is a hot topic that has been concerned by management in recent years,which internally stimulates positive behaviors of employees. This article is based on the theory of self-determination and explores the double-edged sword influence of calling on active change behavior. Research results based on 55 leadership questionnaires and 220 employee questionnaires show that:calling has a positive impact on active change behavior;calling has a significant positive impact on autonomy,ability and relationship psychological needs and compulsive work passion;basic psychological needs The three dimensions have a positive effect on active change behavior,and compulsive work passion has a negative effect on active change behavior;autonomy,ability and relationship psychological needs have a partial mediating effect between calling and active change behavior,compulsive work Passion plays a part of mediating role between professional calling and active change behavior,and finally puts forward the corresponding theoretical enlightenment and management enlightenment.
