2019—2020年我院门急诊麻醉药品使用情况和处方合理性分析

Analysis of the use and prescription rationality of narcotic drugs in the outpatient and emergency departments of our hospital from 2019 to 2020

目的:对门、急诊麻醉药品的使用情况和处方进行分析总结,为我院麻醉药品的使用与管理提供依据和方向,促进麻醉药品合理使用与处方规范化管理,为临床药师的工作提供改进方向。方法:收集2019—2020年我院门、急诊使用麻醉药品患者的处方资料,对比研究临床药师介入管理前后麻醉药品使用与处方合理性的情况。结果:临床药师介入管理后,我院麻醉药品的使用更加合理化,处方合格率明显提升,但仍存在药品遴选不适宜、医师签章不规范等现象。结论:临床药师的介入对麻醉药品的管理和合理性使用有重要意义,但仍须定期对其进行培训。

Objective:To analyze and summarize the use and prescription of narcotic drugs in the outpatient and emergency departments so as to provide a basis and direction for the use and management of narcotic drugs in our hospital,to promote the rational use of narcotic drugs and the standardized management of prescriptions and to provide a direction for the improvement of the work of clinical pharmacists.Methods:The prescription data from the patients using narcotic drugs in the outpatient and emergency departments of our hospital from 2019 to 2020 were collected and the differences in the use and prescription rationality of narcotic drugs before and after the intervention of clinical pharmacists were compared.Results:After the intervention of clinical pharmacists,the use of narcotic drugs in our hospital became more rational,and the qualified rate of prescriptions was significantly improved.However,there were still phenomena such as inappropriate drug selection and irregular physician signatures.Conclusion:The involvement of clinical pharmacists is essential for the management and rational use of narcotic drugs,but regular training for them is still required.
