某院注射用烟酰胺使用情况调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the use of nicotinamide for injection in a hospital

目的:调查分析某院烟酰胺的使用情况,为加强监管及临床合理用药提供参考。方法:抽取2020年1月—2021年6月某院使用烟酰胺的出院病历资料,采用回顾性分析方法对患者一般情况、科室用药排名、不良反应及不合理用药等进行分析。结果:烟酰胺的用药人群以中老年人居多,不良反应发生率低且轻微,用药科室以心血管内科、肿瘤内科等为主。不合理用药以无适应证用药为主,其他包括用药剂量偏小、溶媒选择不适宜、用药疗程偏长等。结论:某院烟酰胺在临床应用中存在诸多不合理现象,医院应加强辅助用药管理,持续提升合理用药水平。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical use of nicotinamide for injection in a hospital so as to provide references for strengthening regulation and rational clinical drug use.Methods:The medical records of discharged patients using nicotinamide for injection in a hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected and the general situation of patients,the ranking of department medication,the incidence of adverse reactions and the irrational use of drugs were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The population of nicotinamide use was mostly middle-aged and elderly,and the incidence of adverse reactions was low and mild,mainly in cardiovascular medicine and medical oncology.The irrational use of nicotinamide was mainly off-label use,while others included smaller dosage,inappropriate choice of solvents and longer treatment courses.Conclusion:There are many unreasonable phenomena in the clinical application of nicotinamide for injection in a hospital and the management of adjuvant drugs should be strengthened so as to continuously improve the level of rational drug use.
