摘要
目的:建立紫苏叶油中紫苏烯、紫苏酮和紫苏醛含量的气相色谱(GC)测定方法。方法:GC检测采用HP-5毛细管柱及氢火焰离子化检测器。结果:紫苏烯、紫苏酮、紫苏醛分别在0.07~0.75、0.08~0.79、0.08~0.83 mg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系;紫苏烯、紫苏酮、紫苏醛的平均加样回收率分别为104.0%、101.4%、100.2%,其RSD分别为1.36%、2.83%、2.96%。结论:采用气相色谱法可同时测定紫苏叶油中的紫苏醛、紫苏酮和紫苏烯含量,方法简便,快速、准确,重复性好,可快速筛选不同产地紫苏叶的化学型,为正气片中紫苏叶油的来源选择提供依据。
Objective:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of perillene,perillaketone and perillaldehyde in perilla leaf oil.Methods:An HP-5 capillary column and a hydrogen flame ionization detector were adopted for gas chromatography(GC).Results:Perillene,perillaketone and perillaldehyde all showed a good linear relationship with the integral value of peak area in the concentration range of 0.07-0.75,0.08-0.79,0.08-0.83 mg/mL and their average recovery was 104.0%,101.4% and 100.2% with RSD 1.36%,2.83% and 2.96%,respectively.Conclusion:The content of perillene,perillaketone and perillaldehyde in perilla leaf oil can be simultaneously determined by GC.The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible,can quickly screen the chemotypes of perilla leaves from different origins and provide the basis for the source selection of perilla leaf oil in Zhengqi tablets.
