腹腔镜手术培训方式的现状与展望 被引量:4

摘要 腹腔镜手术作为一种微创手术, 其操作性与专业性极强。因临床教学资源分配不均和培训方式多样等问题, 腹腔镜手术培训存在明显的地区差异化现象。在众多基础培训方式中, 模拟训练盒和虚拟现实技术这两种培训方式具有高实践性、高交互性和可重复性等优势。临床实践作为腹腔镜手术培训的关键步骤, 具有进阶式的培训特点, 依据扶镜手、第一助手和术者的不同特点采用多样化的培训策略往往能够增强培训效果。基于国内外相关文献资料, 本文对腹腔镜手术培训方式的现状与展望进行论述, 以期为相关培训工作的发展和创新提供参考。 Laparoscopic surgery is a minimally invasive surgical operation with strong operability and professionalism.Due to the uneven distribution of clinical teaching resources and the existence of various training models,there are obvious regional variations in the training of laparoscopic surgery.Among many basic training models,simulation training box and virtual reality technology have the advantages of supreme practicality,interactivity and repeatability.As a key step in laparoscopic surgery training,the clinical practice skill has its own progressive laddering training characteristics.The training is designed according to the specific needs from surgeon,first assistant and operator as a need-oriented model in order to optimize the training outcomes.Based on the numerous laparoscopic training methods and new training tools available in China and abroad,this article reviews the current status and future prospects of laparoscopic surgical training to provide a reference for innovative development of future training methods.
