中性粒细胞淋巴细胞比值对鼻咽癌患者的预后价值

Prognostic value of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio for nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的 探讨中性粒细胞淋巴细胞比(NLR)与鼻咽癌预后的相关性。方法 回顾性地收集了确诊为鼻咽癌的患者,NLR、年龄、UICC/AJCC分期、T分期、N分期、中性粒细胞计数、淋巴细胞计数作为本次研究的观察指标。采用Kaplan-Meier法和log-rank检验计算和比较生存结果,利用Cox比例风险模型进行多因素分析。结果 以总生存时间(OS)为终点和以无进展生存时间(PFS)为终点,用受试者工作特征曲线确定NLR的截断值均为3.50,在5年内,NLR≥3.50的患者OS、PFS显著低于NLR<3.50的患者。结论 治疗前NLR是OS、PFS的独立影响因素,NLR对NPC的预后判断具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To explore the correlation between neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR) and the prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods A retrospective collection of patients diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, NLR, age,UICC/AJCC stage, T stage, N stage, neutrophil count, lymphocyte count as the observation indicators of this study. The Kaplan-Meier method and log-rank test were used to calculate and compare survival results, and the Cox proportional hazard model was used for multivariate analysis. Results With overall survival time(OS)as the end point and progression-free survival time(PFS)as the end point, the receiver operating characteristic curve was used to determine the cut-off value of NLR for both 3.50. Within 5 years, patients with NLR≥3.50 OS and PFS significantly lower than the NLR <3.50. Conclusion NLR is an independent influencing factor of OS and PFS before treatment, and NLR has important clinical significance for the prognosis of NPC.
