新疆某三甲医院幽门螺杆菌患者的临床根除效果分析

Analysis of clinical eradication effect of Helicobacter pylori patient in a tertiary hospital in Xinjiang

目的 分析就诊于新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院Hp感染者的临床根除效果。方法 采用回顾性的方法,收集就诊于新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院消化科门诊,行14碳呼气试验进行Hp根除复查的患者年龄,性别,族别,14碳呼气试验结果,Hp根除方案,Hp根除次数,根除Hp后停药时间,服药依存性,Hp感染家族史信息。结果 共计120例患者符合纳入标准。14碳呼气试验阳性48例,阴性72例,根除率为60%(72/120),不同性别、年龄、Hp根除方案、Hp根除次数、Hp感染家族史的患者之间其根除率没有显著的统计学差异(P> 0.05)。服药依存性对Hp根除率有较大的影响,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院Hp根除率较低,应进一步研究其深层原因,避免及克服不利因素,制定符合当地人群的根除方案,提高根除率。

Objective To analysis the clinical eradication effect of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infected person in Peoples’ s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Methods A retrospective method was used to collect patients who underwent 14-carbon breath test for Hp eradication review in department of Gastroenterology, People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Collected the information of the patients about clinical basic messages including age, gender, race, the results of 14carbon urea breath tests, Hp eradication treatment, the times of Hp eradication, route post-stop time of Hp eradication, taking medication dependence, family history of HP infection. Results A total of 120 patients met the standard. There were 48 patients who’s 14C urea breath test was positive, and 72was negative, and the eradication rate(72/120) was 60%. There was no significant statistical difference of the eradication rate during the different gender, age, Hp eradication treatment, the times of Hp eradication and family history of HP infection(P>0.05). Medication dependence had a great impact on Hp eradication rate, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The Hp resiliency of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is low, and the deep reasons should be further studied, and avoided and overcame unfavorable factors, developed an eradication program that meets the locals to improve the eradication rate.
