摘要
目的 探讨卵泡液中β-HCG检测临床应用价值。方法 回顾性分析本院205例拟行常规IVF/ICSI周期的患者临床资料,检测取卵日的卵泡液β-HCG水平并分为低浓度(A组)、中浓度(B组)、高浓度(C组)三组,结合卵子数、MⅡ卵数及胚胎发育情况相关指标进行分析。结果 C组的卵子数和MⅡ卵数显著低于A组(P <0.05),C组的可用胚胎数和可用胚胎率也均显著低于A组(P <0.05),三组之间的MⅡ卵率、囊胚形成数、优质胚胎数和优质胚胎率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 取卵日卵泡液β-HCG浓度越高,卵子数、MⅡ卵数及可用胚胎数量越少,说明卵泡液中β-HCG的检测对临床具有一定的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of in follicular fluid β-Clinical application value of β-HCG detection.Methods the clinical data of 205 patients who planned to undergo routine IVF/ICSI cycle were analyzed retrospectively β-HCG level was divided into three groups: low concentration(group A), medium concentration(group B)and high concentration(Group C). It was analyzed in combination with the number of eggs, the number of MⅡ eggs and the relevant indexes of embryonic development. Results the number of eggs and MⅡ eggs in group C were significantly lower than those in group A(P < 0.05). The number of available embryos and the rate of available embryos in group C were also significantly lower than those in group A(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the rate of MⅡ eggs, blastocyst formation, high-quality embryos and high-quality embryos among the three groups(P >0.05). Conclusion The higher the concentration of β-HCG in follicular fluid, the lower the number of eggs, the number of MⅡ eggs and the number of available embryos, indicating that the detection of β-HCG in follicular fluid has certain clinical application value.
