新疆乌鲁木齐市某附属医院临床医学硕士研究生心理状态分析

Analysis about the Psychological State of postgraduates of clinical medicine in an affiliated hospital of Urumqi,Xinjiang

目的 探讨新疆医科大学临床医学硕士研究生心理状态及心理健康的现状。方法 选取新疆医科大学第二附属医院专业型硕士研究生83人,分别测量2次心理学量表,分析该时间段前后医学生的心理状态。结果 共调查第二附属医院临床医学研究生83例,其中研究生二年级39例,男性11例(28.21%),女性28例(71.79%);研究生三年级44例,男性18例(40.91%),女性26例(59.09%);从整体数据结果来看,该附属医院临床医学研究生心理健康较好,前后两次对比结果中,除QIDS量表中“睡眠太多”和“感觉沮丧”的评分差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),SAS量表、SDS量表和QIDS量表的其余指标差异均无统计学意义。结论 此次调查新疆临床医学研究生的心理状态较为良好,通过抽样调查了该校的部分学生的心理状态,结果较为理想,这也肯定了学校对在校医学生的管理以及心理疏导工作是有效的,随着社会报道的各种案例和校园频发事件,今后学校仍要密切关注学生的心理健康问题,为培养全面人才保驾护航。

Objective investigate about the psychological status and mental health status of postgraduates in Xinjiang Medical University. Methods A total of 83 professional graduate students from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected, and the psychological scale was measured twice to analyze the psychological state of the medical postgraduates before and after the time period. Results A total of 83 clinical postgraduates in the Second Affiliated hospital were investigated, including 39 second grade postgraduates, 11 males(28.21%)and 28 females(71.79%). There were 44 third grade postgraduates, 18 males(40.91%)and 26females(59.09%). From the overall data results, the clinical postgraduates in the affiliated hospital were better healthy mentally. In the two comparisons results, there were statistically significant differences in the QIDS scores of "too much sleep" and "feeling depressed"(P <0.05), while there was no statistically significant difference in the other indicators including the SAS scale, SDS scale and QIDS scale.Conclusion The psychological state of Xinjiang clinical postgraduate students in this survey is relatively good. The psychological state of some students in the school is relatively satisfactory. This also confirms that the management and psychological counseling of medical students in this school are effective. With the various cases reported by the society and frequent incidents on campus, the school will still pay close attention to the mental health of students in the future, so as to escort the cultivation of all-round talents.
