标本溶血对生化检验中电解质,心肌酶,肝功能,血脂的影响分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探究标本溶血对生化检验中心肌酶、血脂、电解质、肝功能指标的影响。方法 随机抽取2019年1月至2019年12月本院86例行健康体检者为观察对象,采集其5ml空腹静脉血,将其平均注入2支试管,其中1支为对照组(常规存放标本),1支为观察组(施行人工溶血处理)。对比两组心肌酶、血脂、电解质、肝功能指标检测结果。结果 观察组CK、CK-MB检测结果均较对照组更高,P <0.05;观察组TG、TC检测结果较对照组更高,P <0.05,但两组HDL-C、LDL-C检测结果对比无显著差异,P> 0.05;观察组钾、氯、钙离子检测结果较对照组更高,P <0.05,但两组钠离子检测结果对比无显著差异,P> 0.05;观察组TBIL、AST检测结果较对照组更高,但DBIL检测结果较对照组更低,P <0.05。结论 标本溶血能对心肌酶、血脂、电解质、肝功能指标产生一定影响,故为保证生化检验结果准确性,需严格做好防范措施,以免标本溶血。 Objective To explore the effect of sample hemolysis on myocardial enzyme, blood lipid, electrolytes and liver function.Methods from January 2019 to December 2019, 86 healthy people in our hospital were randomly selected as the observation subjects.5m L of fasting venous blood was collected and injected into 2 test tubes on average, One of which was the control group(routine storage of samples) and the other was the observation group(artificial hemolysis treatment). The results of myocardial enzyme, blood lipid,electrolyte and liver function were compared between the two groups. Results The results of CK and CK-MB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The results of TG and TC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in HDL-C and LDL-C between the two groups(P > 0.05). The results of potassium, chloride and calcium in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference in sodium ion between the two groups(P > 0.05). TBIL in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The results of AST and DBIL were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Sample hemolysis can affect myocardial enzymes, blood lipids, electrolytes and liver function indexes to a certain extent. Therefore, strict preventive measures should be taken in order to ensure the accuracy of biochemical test and then avoid sample hemolysis.
