竹条螺钉连接节点性能试验研究

摘要 针对竹条构件采用螺钉连接节点易失效的问题,设计了竹条单螺钉和多螺钉连接节点的静力加载试验,并对节点极限承载力和破坏形态的影响因素进行分析。试验结果表明竹条螺钉连接节点极限承载力与螺钉直径、个数、端距呈一定正相关性;端距小于3d(d为螺钉直径)时,节点易发生剪切破坏,端距大于等于3d时,节点易发生承压破坏;当节点边距过小时,竹材边部易发生劈裂破坏,为此类原竹结构螺钉连接节点的工程应用提供依据。 To solve the connection failure between bamboo strips and screws,static loading tests of single-screw and multiple-screw connections were designed to study the ultimate bearing capacity and failure modes.The result shows that the ultimate bearing capacity of bamboo screwed connections has a positive correlation with the diameter,numbers,and end distance of the screw.As the end distance is less than 3d,the connection is prone to the shear fail⁃ure;as the end distance is not less than 3d,the connection is prone to bearing failure.The edge of bamboo is prone to split as the edge distance is too small.The obtained results may provide a basis for the engineering application of original bamboo structure screwed connections.
