摘要
文中以石家庄塔北路地下综合管廊为工程背景,从盾构管廊设计要点、施工要点两大方面探讨了盾构法在老旧城区建造综合管廊的关键技术。结合塔北路综合管廊与地铁线路平行实施的实际情况,着重介绍了综合管廊节点井和标准横断面设计情况,阐述了转换井及安全逃生通道的创新性设置,并从施工工艺的角度,介绍了“先盾后井”施工安全风险控制技术、管廊与地铁附属相结合、盾构下穿或侧穿建筑物施工安全控制要点。通过阐述盾构法施工综合管廊需要考虑的关键问题及解决方案,为今后综合管廊发展提供了技术储备。
Taking a municipal tunnel of Tabei Road in Shijiazhuang as the case,this paper discusses the shield de⁃sign and the construction in old urban areas.Considering the parallel implementation of the municipal tunnel of Ta⁃bei Road and the subway line,the design of the node well and standard cross section of the municipal tunnel were emphatically introduced.The innovative setting of the conversion well and the safe escape channel were proposed.From the perspective of construction technique,the shield should be established before the well for the safety risk control;the municipal tunnel was combined with subway attachments;the shield was set up undercrossing and by⁃passing the buildings.By expounding the key problems and solutions that need to be considered in the shield con⁃struction of the municipal tunnel,it provides a technical reserve for the development of the municipal tunnel in the future.
