摘要
荆门市竹皮河流域水环境综合治理项目是湖北省在国家财政部PPP示范项目中第一个成功落地的项目。文章首先介绍竹皮河智慧水务项目背景及实施必要性;然后详细阐述智慧水务概念及特点,分析智慧水务发展现状;再次提供出系统整体架构、感知网络拓扑及软件系统功能;最后总结项目实施内容及存在的相关问题,以期为全国流域水环境综合治理智慧水务项目建设及运维工作提供参考。
The water environment comprehensive management project of Zhupi River basin in Jingmen City is the first project successfully landed in Hubei Province among the PPP demonstration projects by the Ministry of Finance.In this article,the background and implementation necessity of Zhupi River smart water project are firstly introduced.Then the concept and characteristics of smart water are elaborated,and the developing status of smart water is analyzed.In addition,the overall system architecture,perceptual network topology and software system functions are provided.Finally,the implementation content and relevant problems of the project are summarized in order to provide reference for the construction,operation and maintenance of the smart water project for the comprehensive management of watershed water environment in China.
