Hydraulic cylinder is the most important actuator in rolling hydraulic transmission system,and is widely used in rolling equipment.In this article,the composition of the rolling hydraulic system is briefly described,and the main structure of the hydraulic cylinder in the rolling hydraulic system is introduced.A comprehensive analysis is made on the common faults of the hydraulic cylinder in the rolling hydraulic system,and corresponding measures for common faults of hydraulic cylinder in the rolling hydraulic system are proposed to provide assistance to relevant personnel in troubleshooting common faults of hydraulic cylinder and maintaining rolling hydraulic equipment.
