基于DCS的火电厂智慧报警设计

摘要 DCS系统因其分散控制、集中管理的特点,在火电厂等过程工业控制中得到了广泛的应用。但在实际生产过程中DCS报警功能普遍存在着报警设置分级不明确、定值不合理、报警逻辑混乱等问题,造成误报、频报,给运行人员监盘带来较大压力,甚至会因报警不及时、不正确导致不安全事件扩大化。本文结合火电厂DCS国产化改造,设计了一种火电厂DCS分层报警系统,以及基于DCS系统的火电厂智慧报警逻辑。 DCS system has been widely used in process industrial control such as fossil fired power plants because of its characteristics of decentralized control and centralized management.However,in the actual production process,the DCS alarm function generally has problems such as unclear alarm grade settings,unreasonable setting values,and chaotic alarm logic,resulting in false alarms and frequent alarms,which brings great pressure to the operators when monitoring the panel,and even untimely and incorrect alarms may lead to the expansion of unsafe events.In this article,combined with the DCS localization transformation of fossil fired power plant,a DCS layered alarm system of fossil fired power plant is designed,as well as the smart alarm logic of fossil fired power plant based on the DCS system.
