摘要
机电设备是隧道安全运行的重要保障。由于机电设备故障的随机性和隐蔽性,较难对机电设备的性能趋势进行预测。基于历史数据统计,本文提出了隧道机电设备的故障率模型。利用该模型,结合运营期隧道机电设备的故障信息,以排水泵和水泵控制箱为例,对关键设备故障率演化规律进行研究,结果表明隧道机电设备故障演化曲线符合威布尔分布,利用故障模型曲线可为设备维修养护(下简称维养)策略的选择提供理论支撑。
Electromechanical equipment is an important guarantee for the safe operation of tunnels.Due to the randomness and concealment of electromechanical equipment failures,it is difficult to predict the performance trend of electromechanical equipment.Based on historical data statistics,this article proposes a failure rate model for tunnel electromechanical equipment.Using this model,combined with the failure information of the tunnel electromechanical equipment during the operation period,taking the drainage pump and the water pump control box as examples,the evolution law of the failure rate of key equipment is studied.The results show that the failure evolution curve of the tunnel electromechanical equipment conforms to the Weibull distribution.The failure model curve can provide theoretical support for the selection of equipment repair and maintenance(hereafter referred to maintenance)strategies.
