摘要
随着航天技术的不断进步,火箭生产研发逐渐朝低成本、高可靠性、绿色无污染的方向靠拢。在智能制造的大趋势下,国家提出航天强国任务,进一步推动了我国火箭制造业的工艺装备的发展。火箭制造中新材料、新技术的引进与应用也推动了传统工装设计理念朝着精益化方向改进。伴随着发展的同时,工装管理遇到的问题也越来越多,本文从我国运载火箭工艺装备管理现状出发,分析了新形势下火箭工艺装备在标准化、柔性化、系统化、自动化等方面面临的机遇和挑战。
With the continuous progress of aerospace technology,the rocket production and research and development are gradually developing towards the direction of low cost,high reliability,green and pollution-free.Under the general trend of intelligent manufacturing,the nation has proposed the mission of aerospace power,which further promoted the development of technology and equipment in China’s rocket manufacturing industry.The introduction and application of new materials and technologies in rocket manufacturing have also promoted the improvement of traditional tooling design concepts in the direction of leanness.With the development,there are more problems encountered in tooling management.Starting from the current situation of launch vehicle technology and equipment management in China,this article analyzes the opportunities and challenges in the standardization,flexibility,systematization,automation and other aspects of rocket technology and equipment under the new situation.
