医院人事考勤是评价职工工作情况的基本方式,也是薪酬、福利发放、职称评定和评优评先的重要依据。本文将从医院人事考勤管理系统的构建及在实际使用过程中存在的问题进行详细分析并反馈总结和持续改进,最终力求建立个性化的人事考勤管理系统,提升医院人事考勤管理的工作水平和效率,促进人力资源信息化建设的整体发展。
Hospital personnel attendance is the basic way to evaluate the working conditions of employees,and it is also an important basis for salary,welfare distribution,professional title evaluation and appraisal for excellent/outstanding employee.This article will analyze the detailed construction of the hospital personnel attendance management system and the problems existing in the actual use process,feedback and summarize and continue to improve them,and finally strive to establish a personalized personnel attendance management system,improve the work level and efficiency of hospital personnel attendance management,and promote the overall development of human resources informatization construction.
